We were facing four problems. First, how to select the appropriate material to make the furnace given that we were provided with English engineering drawings. Second, how to move a 250-ton furnace from the site of manufacture to the site of operation. Third, how to install the furnace in a small area while the existing line operated. Fourth, the work took place in extreme weather conditions (as cold as -15° C).

Professionalism and innovation helped us deal with all of the above problems. We quickly and successfully adjusted the plans for DIN standard materials. The exceptional dimensions required us to make exceptional transport arrangements. And finally, the challenging installation was carried out with quality owing to the assembly plans that we made by ourselves and through the use of our special tools and devices.

We take pride in the fact that through professional work from the start to the end of the project, our start-up of the complex line succeeded in the first trial and in the agreed time. We manufactured and assembled parts of exceptional dimensions for the production line: a tempering furnace (17 m x 4 m), two side muffle furnaces (12 m x 5 m), a roller furnace (17 m x 4 m), an end furnace (l = 8 m, h = 5 m), two chimneys (h=27 m and 24 m) and pressure vessels with a volume of 45 m3.
